Job Duties:
- This is a QC inspection role, so they will be trained from the quality manual, and be tested.
- Interpret the design drawings and have a good grasp of how things would be developed in the field by communicated with construction oversight team, and apply those code requirements from N285, CSA B51 and ASME codes to write Inspection & Test Plans.
That is coming from scratch from designs to prepare an ITP. - When submitted to OPG or customer, they will be facilitating and responding to comments from OPG and TSSA, they may need to justify decisions made on ITP and determine whether their work completed was correct and the best course reaction - Support Field Change Notices, and changes required by site team to assess whether they impact ITPs and whether a minor revision or major revision is required.
