Summary of Position

The Quality Assurance Specialist leads/assists with the design, implementation, and monitoring of facility related processes and quality activities. Oversees the daily tactical issues and concerns with the quality related processes across multiple entities/facilities. Develops processes and procedures with facility management that support quality improvement and facility throughput efforts. Works with facility managers, supervisors and QA personnel to identify concerns, jointly develop and implement corrective actions and solutions.
