Quality Assurance Specialist

Job Description

The Quality Assurance Specialist ensures that all raw materials and packaging meet established quality standards and regulatory requirements. This role supports QA operations through inspection, testing, documentation, and coordination to maintain product integrity from receipt to dispatch.

Responsibilities

1. Reporting and Documentation
   1. Supports the preparation of weekly/monthly work-related reports, NCCAPA documentation, and SOP updates.
   2. Maintains QA monitoring sheets, reports, and records for traceability and compliance.
   3. Assists in weekly QARD meetings and ensures timely submission of QA documents.
   4. Files and maintains both hard and electronic copies of all QA documents (e.g., COA, SDS, TDS).
   5. Coordinates with supplier and other departments as needed: inquiries, TSR, etc.
