Key Responsibilities
- In-Line Monitoring: Conduct regular, daily checks on production lines to ensure strict process conformance.
- Compliance Checks: Enforce and log standards for GMP, HACCP, and BRCGS food safety regulations.
- Workplace Audits: Audit day-to-day station workflows, environment safety, and plant sanitary conditions.
Qualifications
- Education: Degree in Food Technology, Food Science, or equivalent field.
- Experience: At least 1 year in food manufacturing is preferred, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Skills: Solid foundation in GMP/HACCP practices, highly detailed, and multi-task oriented.
