Quality Control Laboratory Technician

Responsibilities Supervision of the laboratory including personnel, equipment, and test procedures. Day-to-day execution and direction of laboratory testing. Plans and communicates daily testing activities. Maintaining and controlling company Measuring and Testing Equipment (M&TE) Calibration of company M&TE including performing calibration. Working with accrediting bodies to maintain company accreditation Conducting Sample Proficiency Testing to maintain accreditation Maintaining laboratory documents and records Audit participation as required. Perform other duties as assigned. Domestic and international travel, when necessary. The Laboratory Manager is responsible for performing activities in accordance with the QHSE Manual and other procedures applicable to the position. Note that this position could be for Texas or New Mexico.
