Quality Control Leader

**Job Description Summary**: The Quality Control Leader is responsible for overseeing all quality control process and inspection activities within an aerospace manufacturing environment.
This role leads Quality Control Leads, CMM technicians, and inspectors, ensuring that inspection processes and systems consistently meet customer, regulatory, and internal standards.
The position drives continuous improvement, implements robust quality control processes and daily management operating systems, and supports the adoption of advanced inspection technologies.
The Senior Quality Control Leader also oversees training and certification of the quality team, monitors KPIs, and collaborates with Quality Assurance, Engineering and Manufacturing to enhance inspection efficiency and product quality.
