The QC Technician is responsible to inspects incoming raw materials, electronic, mechanical components as well as manufactured/ OEM products to ensure they meet design specifications before being released to production. Completes appropriate paperwork necessary for conforming and non-conforming materials.
How You’ll Make an Impact:
- Ensure the timely execution of routine QC inspection and test activities per established QC procedures.
- Perform preliminary review on NC material, QC test failures and troubleshoots for possible root cause to facilitate disposition recommendation.
- Coordinate with internal cross functions, Bio-Rad service depot on physical returned instrument process and perform verification of customer returns.
- Assist Supervisor in establishing/revising QC Inspection Plan and/ or methodology for new or existing product/ purchased material.
