A well established food manufacturing business operating within a high volume, highly regulated environment is seeking a Quality Controller to join its Quality team at its site in County Monaghan. The business supplies products to major customers across Ireland and international markets and places a strong emphasis on food safety, qualitypliance and continuous improvement across its operations.

Your new role

As Quality Controller, you will report directly to the Technical Manager and play a key on site role ensuring that product quality and food safety standards are consistently achieved. You will work closely with production teams to carry out routine quality checks, hygiene and GMP audits, and ensure fullpliance with HACCP, BRCGS, statutory and customer requirements.
