Quality Engineer
Location: Gillingham (commutable from Chatham, Rainham, Maidstone, Sittingbourne, Gravesend)
Compensation: £35,000 to £38,000 plus progression, early Friday finish and benefits.
We are a leading business looking for a Quality Supervisor / Engineer to help shape the future of our quality division, gain multisite experience and progress to a managerial role.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage the QMS systems.
- Implement and maintain quality systems.
- Lead day‑to‑day management of the quality team.
- Audit product quality and processes.
Qualifications
- Strong quality background.
- Experience in a manufacturing/industrial environment.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 / 14001.
- Full UK driving licence.
