Responsibilities

• Conduct internal quality controls concerning particular areas or company products to ensure they fulfill given quality procedures and norms.
• Monitor and record inconsistencies with quality procedures and norms.
• Prepare quality analyses and recommend necessary quality procedure changes.
• Record and analyze customer claims.
• Prepare reports on rejected or defective products.

Qualifications
