Our client, a specialist engineering firm, is seeking an experienced Quality Engineer for their manufacturing quality function. This is a pivotal role requiring a blend of hands‑on technical expertise and the ability to manage high‑level customer and supplier relationships.
As Quality Engineer , you will be responsible for ensuring manufacturing quality remains world‑class. You will bridge the gap between complex engineering designs and shop‑floor execution, ensuring every part meets rigorous customer specifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Root Cause Analysis: Manage non-conformances and customer complaints using 8Ds and 5Whys.
- Liaison & Reporting: Act as the technical point of contact for customers and suppliers while reporting shortfalls to manufacturing supervision.
