# Operate and maintain the quality system within the project or production line in accordance with KOS requirements.
# Resolve supplier quality issues and customer issues to keep the production line under control, improve product quality and reduce production costs.

Main tasks and responsibilities
# Assist in completing the advance quality planning for new products, PSO audit and PPAP document submission for new products, projects and suppliers to ensure the product process is under control.
# Support for daily production line product quality management, timely handling of process problems related to product quality to ensure product and service quality.
# Learn how to handling customer complaints in a timely manner, ensure that customer feedback is given within 24 hours, and maintain good communication with customers.
