Role Overview
A well established, fast growing food and nutrition manufacturer is looking to appoint an experienced Quality & Environmental Manager to lead site quality, laboratory, compliance and environmental performance. This is a senior, hands‑on role with real influence across operations, technical and leadership teams, driving high standards, audit readiness and a strong culture of continuous improvement and sustainability.

Key Accountabilities
Lead site quality assurance, QC laboratories and compliance activities

Ensure robust microbial, PCR and analytical testing to support product release

Own HACCP, VACCP and TACCP frameworks and feed safety standards

Manage ISO‑aligned systems (ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001, UFAS, FAMIQS, FEMAS)

Lead internal and external audits and manage certification bodies

Oversee non‑conformance management, RCA and CAPA closure
