Quality Excellence Manager

We are currently partnering with a leading global biopharmaceutical manufacturer looking to hire a Quality Excellence professional in one of their major sites in Switzerland. The role offers the opportunity to significantly influence quality performance and operational excellence within a complex, fast‑moving environment.

You will be responsible for:

• Championing process harmonization and efficiency initiatives aligned with the company's operational excellence framework (LBMS).
• Driving the rollout of a Lean‑oriented Batch Release program and ensuring its successful integration at the site.
• Setting up and strengthening Quality Excellence structures—including CoE and PMO frameworks—to enable simplification, standardization, and the digital transformation of critical quality processes.
