Quality Inspector

Job description

Responsibilities: 

Inspect bike frames, wheels, and components for defects, alignment, and structural integrity. 

Check brakes, gears, and drivetrain for proper functionality and performance.
Verify tire pressure, spoke tension, and wheel trueness. 

Ensure all fasteners, bolts, and accessories are securely tightened.
Conduct test rides to identify and resolve mechanical or safety issues. 

Complete quality checklists and ensure compliance with company standards.
Report and address any defects or inconsistencies found during the inspection.

 Requirements: 

Knowledge of bike mechanics and assembly.

 Attention to detail and commitment to quality. 

Ability to use inspection tools and testing methods. 

Strong problem-solving skills and teamwork.
