We’re looking for an experienced Quality Leader to drive food safety, quality performance, and compliance across site. This is a key role partnering with Operations to embed standards, lead audits, and build a strong culture of continuous improvement.
What you’ll be doing:
- Lead technical support to production teams, ensuring standards and customer requirements are consistently met
- Take ownership of site audits, ensuring timely, accurate responses and successful outcomes
- Drive compliance with BRC, customer and internal quality standards (OPEX MS)
- Champion food safety culture and lead the “Go for Zero” safety agenda
- Act as key contact for production issues including supplier non-conformances and product release
