# Quality ManagerEngineering · Abu DhabiAll open positionsAll open positionsEngineeringAbu DhabiRole overview## DescriptionWe are hiring a Quality Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi.This role is responsible for managing and improving the Quality Management System in line with ISO 9001:2015, ensuring compliance with company procedures and customer requirements, and supporting continuous improvement across responsibilities:• Lead and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS)• Oversee incoming, in process, and final inspections• Manage NCR, CAPA, and root cause analysis• Conduct internal audits and coordinate external audits• Monitor supplier quality and support vendor evaluations• Track performance through KPIs and prepare quality reportsRequirements:• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field• 3 to 7 years of QA QC experience in fabrication, manufacturing, oil and gas, or engineering• Strong knowledge of ISO standards and inspection practices• Familiarity with ...
