Location: Basildon, Essex
Salary: Up to £50,000 DOE
We are recruiting for an experienced Quality Manager to join a well-established manufacturing business based in Basildon. This is a fantastic opportunity for a quality professional looking to take ownership of a mature quality function within a business. This role would suit a hands-on Quality Manager who is comfortable both managing people and being actively involved in quality activities on the shop floor.
Key Responsibilities of this Quality Manager role:
- Manage, maintain and improve the company's Quality Management System (QMS).
- Ensure compliance with AS9100 and industry quality requirements.
- Lead, mentor and develop a team of 2 Quality Inspectors.
- Create, review and approve First Article Inspection Reports (FAIRs).
