Quality Manager

Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership for the successful day-to-day operations.
• Establish and direct the Plant Quality Policies & Procedures.
• Ensure there are no active escalations related to Q1/STA, maintain strict compliance with customer requirements, and respond to risks immediately.
• Ensure Control Plan maturity and robustness, eliminating recurrence and closing gaps identified during KORN assessments and customer audits.
• Drive a reduction in Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ), including scrap, rework, and warranty, through preventive actions and root cause elimination.
• Ensure 100% compliance with the FTQ daily management routine, including disciplined follow-up and effective action closure.
• Demonstrate strong leadership in Quality Management System execution, establishing cadence, operational discipline, and proactive escalation of risks.
