Job Description
We’re looking for a Quality Manager to lead our small Quality team at our factory in East Tamaki. The role works across local and global teams, managing quality, QA, QC, systems and compliance. Reporting directly to the Plant Manager, the position is a key member of the Operations Leadership team.
Key responsibilities:
- Providing a strong quality perspective within the plant leadership team and influencing site strategy and direction
- Leading and developing a small Quality team, providing day‑to‑day leadership, coaching, and support.
