What You’ll Be Doing
- Providing development and maintenance of the quality testing/reporting system.
- Responsible to develop, coordinate, support, train, assist, and facilitate within all attributes of the Quality Management System
- Point of contact for all Customer issues, lead corrective actions, and ensure Sonoco is meeting all customer requirements.
- Responsible for the Advanced Product Quality Planning Process (APQP)
- Lead the continuous improvement program.
- Reduces variation within work tasks to improve process efficiency and quality.
- Managing the specification, test methods, instructions, and audit processes.
- Ensure quality records are maintained.
- Develops best practices for each operation within the plant and trains across all shifts as required.
