**Job Title: Quality Manager I or II**
**Location: Tomah, WI (ONSITE) *Open to relocation assistance***
**Pay: $120,000 - $140,000**
**Direct Hire**
**PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:**
The **Quality Manager** reports to the Sr Quality Manager. This role leads the quality initiatives and performance standards of our manufacturing processes. This role will provide strategic leadership within the plant by prioritizing and communicating customer needs, providing feedback on plant quality performance, and facilitating teamwork to assure corrective and preventive actions are implemented and effective. Partners with the leadership team in development and implementation of long-range plans to ensure the facility continues to stay a competitive provider of quality parts.
