Responsibilities
- Work alongside the Quality Management team to continue to enhance quality management excellence across Canada in accordance with ISO 9001.
- Assume oversight of processes and best practice for quality management on infrastructure projects/programs.
- Plan and perform QA oversight surveillances and audits within Canada and the North American region, including pre‑audit activities, conducting audits (meetings & interviews), preparing reports, and performing post‑audit follow‑ups.
- Support the establishing, managing, maintaining, and implementing of projects’ Quality Policy and Quality Management Systems (QMS), including the Quality Management Plan (QMP) and quality procedures, and assemble and distribute Project Quality Compliance Reports.
