Overview
This role supports the resiliency approach for electronics manufacturing via our EMS partner across roadmaps to ensure right quality of products produced in different geographic locations.
Responsibilities
- On-Floor Process Control: Implement and audit in-process quality controls. Ensure that all production lines adhere to the Control Plan, Work Instructions, and Technical Specifications.
- Real-time Defect Mitigation: Define and implement the process for reaction and escalation of quality excursions or production halts; implement exemption process as needed according to predefined procedures.
- Root Cause Analysis (RCA): Drive and approve shop-floor problem-solving using 8D, Fishbone, and 5-Why methodologies. Ensure corrective actions are detailed, implemented, and effective on the line.
- Statistical Process Control (SPC): Monitor live production data and control charts; identify trends or shifts in process capability (...
