Job DescriptionThis role is supporting directly the resiliency approach for electronics manufacturing via our EMS partner in different roadmap to ensure right quality of product to be produced in different geographic location.Core ResponsibilitiesOn‐Floor Process Control: Implement and audit in‐process quality controls.Ensure that all production lines adhere to the Control Plan, Work Instructions, and Technical Specifications.Real‐time Defect Mitigation: Define and implement the process on reaction & escalation for quality excursions occur or production halts, implement exemption process in accordance to the pre‐defined process if needed.Root Cause Analysis (RCA): Drive and approve the shop‐floor problem solving using 8D, Fishbone, and 5-Why methodologies.Ensure that corrective actions are not just detailed but physically implemented and effective on the line.Statistical Process Control (SPC): Monitor live production data and control charts.Identify trends or shifts in process capab...
