Quality performance engineer

Design, define, and improve inspection methods, testing procedures, and acceptance/rejection criteria.Develop and review quality assurance plans, sampling plans, and process control procedures.Generate and manage AQP/PPAP documentation for new product approvals or engineering changes.Act as a liaison between departments to guarantee product quality throughout the production chain.Analyze rejects, non-conformities, and red-tag issues, generating improvement plans.Participate in continuous improvement projects and risk analysis activities to prevent failures and optimize processes. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Robotics, or Industrial Engineering.English proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 7:00 a.m.
