As a Quality Specialist, you will be at the forefront of our risk management operations, working closely with our client to monitor and elevate our global quality standards. What you will do:
 Quality & Calibration Management: Lead weekly calibration sessions and conduct ongoing audits to address new work streams or areas of concern.
Reporting & Remediation: Prepare and present monthly quality reports, identifying critical concerns and proposing effective remediation strategies.
Performance Insight: Provide feedback to Quality Analysts to correct observed errors and support skill development.
