Job Description
- Responsible for managing the data on the DCC Clinicaldashboard.
- Responsible to focus on the following dashboard reports:
- Hospital Report: To be checked daily. Any patients not entered, the clinic manager is contacted and asked to enter any missing information. After 7 days of hospitalisation the clinic must update on the patient’s status as well as updating the dashboard report.
- Modality Option Education Report: Any patients that have been listed for 6 months will be archived.
- Report will be cleaned up at the beginning of every month.
