Project Details
The successful candidate for this Quality Technical Inspector role will have experience in both new-build housing and residential construction projects as well as health, education and commercial projects.

You will be based north or north east of London.

Experience of new build building and building refurbishment, as well as detailed knowledge of various forms of construction would be advantageous. 

In addition, knowledge of fire safety and fire safety remediation would be an advantage.
Responsibilities and Duties
The Quality Technical Inspector job responsibilities covering London area will be to:
Undertake regular inspections of construction work to monitor progress and quality (driving licence essential to be able to do this)

Verify compliance with contractual drawings and specifications & warranty standards
