Job Description
Check finished goods according to SIP
Record the inspection results in the check sheet
Report to superiors when discovering substandard products
Check the finished product feature
Check the product features according to SOP, confirm the test results of the ASSY process
Check IPQC in the ASSY process according to daily frequency, record in the inspection checksheet and report to superiors when non-conformities are detected.
Package the product
Package the product according to the packaging instructions.
Prepare the components before packaging
Prepare the correct quantity and components as specified in the product's Bill of Materials (BOM).
Check the quantity and quality of components during packaging
Record and report assembly results and Confirm packaging labels
