Quality technologist

We are seeking a suitably qualified Quality Technologist to join our team in Malmesbury. Salary: R20 000 CTC

Diploma in Food Technology (essential). Degree in Food Science (advantageous). 1–2 years' technical experience in an FMCG environment. 1–2 years' supervisory experience within FMCG will be advantageous. Strong computer literacy, report‑writing skills, attention to detail, and accuracy. Key Responsibilities Maintain and improve Food Safety and Quality Management Systems. Conduct internal audits, inspections, verification activities, and quality monitoring. Ensure compliance with food safety, customer, legal, and regulatory requirements.
