Responsibilities
- Pre and Post-Tenders QS Scope of Works
- Manage various aspects of contract and commercial management
- Take-off quantity and prepare bill of quantity
- Ensure construction and production costs are managed efficiently
- Resolve contractual disputes and negotiate for solution
- Finalization of project account with Clients and Sub-Contractors
- Any ad hoc duties as assigned
- Candidate possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma
- Preferably 1-3 years of HDB project experience in a related field
- Preferably specialized in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent
- Preferably well versed in Glodon Cubicost
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
