A well established national main contractor delivering refurbishment and new build schemes procured through design & build contracts. Projects range from minor £2m schemes up to £20m major works contracts.

The role:

We are seeking a Quantity Surveyor with a background in main contracting with proven experience in managing the commercial delivery of design and build projects. Working with site based project teams, your responsibilities as Quantity Surveyor may include:
Managing the commercial aspects of projects up to £20 million in value.
