We are pleased to be working with a family-owned construction business with a global reach, committed to building excellence in every project, to help recruit an experienced Quantity Surveyor for their Regional office in Bristol.
As a Quantity Surveyor you will be working within & assisting the commercial & construction team to ensure a successful project is delivered, while maintaining relationships, to maximise commercial returns & manage risk.
Responsibilities:
* Implement commercial strategy
* Support the SQS & MQS commercial functions, assisting with & taking responsibility for:
* Preparing tenders, analysing, selecting appropriate s/cs, negotiation & finalise s/c orders, financial & commercial management of s/cs to Final Account completion.
