We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor ready for a new challenge to join our team in the Leeds office. Our team works in a variety of sectors, including:

• Residential (new build and conversions)
• Industrial
• Commercial (office refurbishments)
• Education
• Local Authority
• Healthcare

What you need to do to be effective in this role

The role will be varied and include day to day lead on a variety of projects specifically including:

• Cost Planning (including use of Cost Ex) at various RIBA stages including producing preliminary and detailed cost estimates (from feasibility through to detailed design) and advising architects and engineers on the cost implications of different construction methods, alternative choices of materials, reconciling the Cost Plan to ensure the Project...
