We are currently seeking experienced Civils Quantity Surveyors with strong NEC knowledge to join major HS2 schemes across the Greater Birmingham area.
This opportunity is ideally suited to individuals who have worked with Tier One contractors and have proven experience managing subcontractor accounts on large-scale infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the commercial management of the project, ensuring all contractual notices and communications are issued accurately, on time, and in compliance with contract requirements.
- Prepare and assess applications for payment, valuations, and cost/value reconciliations.
- Monitor project costs and contribute to forecasting activities, including monthly reporting on value, cost, cash flow, profit/loss, and budgets.
