Quantity Surveyor: Cost Control & Subcontract Negotiation

YCM CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. is seeking a qualified Quantity Surveyor to oversee project claims, manage subcontract payments, and handle contract documentation.

The ideal candidate will have a degree or diploma in Building, at least 1 year of experience, and strong negotiation skills. Responsibilities include preparing progress claims, managing variation orders, and liaising with subcontractors to ensure timely project execution.

Successful candidates will work in Singapore and must possess a proactive mindset to thrive under tight deadlines.
