- Prepare accurate quantity take-offs (QTOs) from drawings, specifications, and tender documents using Plan Swift /AUTOCAD .
- Preparation of Request for Quotation (RFQ) packages for sub-contractors and sending inquiry and follow up to get quotations.
- Reading tender addendums / revised drawings and revise quantities accordingly.
- Knowledge of taking rebar/reinforcement quantities.
- Understating of scope of works and take quantities.
- Highlighting discrepancies between drawings & BOQ and specification to Sr. QS to prepare Request for Information (RFI)
- Quantity take-off for project like Residential buildings (low & high rise) /cluster of villas /hotels etc.
- PSOT-Contract.
- Preparation of Request for Quotation (RFQ) packages for sub-contractors and sending inquiry and follow up to get quotations.
- Quantity take-off (actual) for placing orders.
- Certifying sub-contractor payments. <...
