 Hire Resolve is partnering with a leading Civils company that is looking for a Quantity Surveyor | Estimator to join their team in Pretoria!
 
   Key responsibilities:  
 Draft monthly payment certificates
 Provide information to site management for compilation of reports, certificates, records, additional work and variation claims
 Producing cost reports
 Ensuring that company procedures and systems are being adhered to
 Preparing tender documentation
 Estimates
 Measuring Quantities from plans to compile BOQs
 Contract Administration
 Project management
 Quality Assurance
 
   Key requirements:  
 Relevant Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying
 5-10 years’ experience in a similar role
 Experience in estimating (tenders)
