Roles & Responsibilities :
- Prepare Electrical/ELV/ICT project tender submissions such as Cost Breakdown, Quotation, Schedule of Technical Data, Schedule of Rates, Bills of Quantities, Tender Proposal etc.
- Review all tender documents such as Drawings, Scope of Work, Technical/performance specifications and etc.
- Generate preliminary design and costing for Design & Build tender.
- Request and evaluate quotations from vendors/suppliers/subcontractors.
- Provide contractual advice to the project team over the project duration.
- Manage EOT, progress claim, VO submission, and final account with client/subcontractor.
