Due to the continued development and expansion, the company is actively seeking to hire a Quantity Surveyor for their team. The company is dedicated to sustaining its reputation for quality and excellence in the construction industry.

Requirements:

Third level Degree in Construction Economics or Quantity Surveying or similar

Knowledge of varying Irish Forms of Contracts and Contract Procedures and Protocol

Minimum of 4+ years QS experience

Measurement, procurement, preparation of valuations

Preparation of tender reports

Prepare the financial elements of the tender

Post-tender negotiations

Liaising with PQS & design teams

Identifying & preparing variation claims

Subcontractor appointments & accounts, monthly reporting.
