Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field
- Licensed Civil Engineer is an advantage
- At least 1–3 years of experience in quantity surveying or cost engineering (fresh graduates may be considered)
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and cost control
- Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and quantity surveying software
