Responsibilities
- Taking off quantity for materials and resources basing on project requirements.
- Identify and source appropriate materials and vendors basing project requirements.
- Communicate and negotiate with vendors to secure favourable terms and pricing.
- Develop detailed quotations / costing documents for projects (government & private projects).
- Analyse costing for individual projects basing on company marketing direction / strategy.
- Attend site / tender briefing for individual projects.
- Attend meetings (internal / external) for costing discussion / presentation.
- Liaise and work with individual departments (design team, M&E team, etc).
- Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying/Building or equivalent.
- Min 3 years of relevant working experience in Singapore.
