 GPW Recruitment are actively recruiting a Quantity Surveyor on behalf of a well established, family run construction company based in Prescot.
 Our client have built up extensive experience in working across healthcare, education, and public works projects, alongside some major clients. 
 This is an exciting opportunity for somebody with a strong quantity surveying background within construction.
 Salary: £40,000-£50,000, depending on experience + A yearly performance bonus.
 This is a permanent position, offering stability and genuine progression opportunity.
  Responsibilties 
 Project cost control and management 
 BOQ preperations
 Liaising with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers
 Attend meetings with supply chain and internal teams
 Commercial management of projects valued up to and analyzing costings for tenders
 Evaluating sub contractor quotes
