Quantity Surveyor

Position: Quantity Surveyor Department: Projects / Contracts & Billing Reporting To: Site Manager / Project Manager Role Purpose: The Quantity Surveyor shall be responsible for quantity estimation, measurement, billing, cost control, rate analysis, and contract administration for slope stabilization, soil nailing, rock anchoring, gabion structure, and associated civil works projects. Key Responsibilities: Prepare quantity take-offs and cost estimates based on drawings and project specifications. Verify site measurements and maintain measurement records. Prepare client bills, subcontractor bills, and reconciliation statements. Monitor project quantities, costs, and budget utilization. Conduct rate analysis for various construction activities. Prepare BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and cost comparison statements. Coordinate with site engineers and project managers for quantity verification.
