Our client a well-established and expanding refurbishment and fit-out contractor is seeking to appoint a Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor to support a growing pipeline of projects across Glasgow and the Central Belt. The company delivers high-quality refurbishment and interior fit-out schemes across commercial, industrial, healthcare, education, retail and public sector environments, with project values reaching up to £5 million. The Role of the Quantity Surveyor: Working closely with the commercial and operational teams, you will be responsible for the financial management and commercial performance of refurbishment and fit-out projects from pre-construction through to final account.
