Quantity surveyor

Our client, a leading Civil and Construction Engineering company is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join its Projects Division on a 2-year fixed-term contract. Reporting to the Projects Manager, the successful incumbent will be responsible for managing project costs throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring commercial viability, contractual compliance, and cost-effective project delivery.

Key Deliverables Prepare accurate cost estimates, project budgets, and feasibility studies. Compile Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and tender documentation. Administer and manage construction contracts in accordance with FIDIC, NEC, GCC, and JBCC principles. Monitor project expenditure, cash flow forecasts, and budget performance. Assess, verify, and certify contractor payment claims and invoices. Manage project variations, claims, and change orders.
