Key Responsibilities
- Prepare contract documents, taking off quantities, providing cost and managing cost
- Prepare tender document, calling quotations and evaluate tender submissions
- Prepare quotations, and following up with Contractors
- Prepare monthly progress claims and certification of subcontractor's claim
- Minimum diploma in building, quantity surveying or construction related background
- Minimum of 2 years experience in Building Sector
- Proficiency with MS Office application
- Experience in steel, aluminium and metal works industry is preferred
