Job Description
- Administer M&E subcontracts from award to completion, including compliance with subcontract conditions aligned to the main contract.
- Assess and certify subcontractor progress claims and invoices, ensuring accurate measurement, valuation, and supporting records.
- Manage variations, VO pricing, dayworks, and change control with proper substantiation and contemporaneous records.
- Maintain and update registers for subcontract instructions, variations, claims, drawings and submissions status, and material delivery.
- Track subcontractor submissions, approvals, and delivery status to support valuation, change control, and risk management.
- Maintain proper correspondence and documentation to preserve entitlement and support downstream recovery where applicable.
- Coordinate with site teams, consortium partners, and the S.O. on measurement, valuation inputs, and commercial close out.
