Roles & Responsibilities Responsible for quantity take-off and cost estimation for quotations and tender Prepare necessary documentation for quotation and tender submission Prepare Variation Orders, Monthly Progress Claims, Final Accounts and Settlement in a timely manner Monitoring and reporting of project budget and cost control Follow up with clients on payment certification and liaise with Account Department for tax invoices submission within required timeline Verify and certify claims from suppliers / contractors Prepare all necessary administrative documentation (pre-contract and post-contract) to both Main Contractors and Sub-Contractors Qualificati...
